Our beloved father passed during the X-mas season 2023. Thinking this would create difficulties , it did not. When ready, I called the funeral home and an appointment time was made for that same day for our Mother and myself . We arrived to friendly staff and were escorted to a very comforting room setting to meet the Funeral Director. She was very nice, relaxed and very professional. All the info and options were presented in a Power Point on a large sceen T.V. along with phamplets and information. We chatted over snacks and coffee, never at any time felt pressured or rushed. We deciding on arrangements best suiting. Everything regarding just flowed into a positive experience from start to finish. It was something I had never dealt with and was so greatful for my Mother's choice of Funeral Homes.

Woodlawn was extremely good to deal with in a number of ways. I am from out of town and when my family member passed away, I felt very lost and unsure about how everything worked. I was guided through the steps and options very professionally, genuinely and with the utmost kindness. From the first phone call to the end of the process, it was great communication and I never felt unheard. I would highly highly recommend Woodlawn for your family's needs with the passing of a loved one.

After my Mom passed, the staff at Woodlawn did everything to make things easier for me. They were so kind and professional, right to the very end at the cemetery. Highly recommend!!!
