Woodside Nail Spa

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went there to get my nails done and told to wait outside and after 1/2 hour I left. I felt disrespected & totally ignored because other people walking in getting service while I stood outside. Would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be ignored and disrespected. I rate this place -10!

This was my 3rd visit. Helen did an amazing job. My nails only took 30 mins. The nail salon has a wide variety of dip powder colors.

Manicure was okay, I asked for something and it did not look like the picture, but it still looked nice so I pretended everything was fine. She was very rough when filing my nails and I had to ask her to be gentler 4 times. I didn’t enjoy the fact that it felt like every 5 minutes I was fighting to not get overcharged. They insisted I get a pedicure 3 times, gave me a new set instead of a fill because they said a fill would not be possible (it was possible, they just wanted more money). It clearly felt like one of those places where you ask for a basic $30 manicure and you end up paying $70 because the women will not stop pestering to upcharge you and they won’t just ask once, they’ll ask MANY times that you upgrade your service. When I was younger I wouldn’t be able to stand up for myself and I would cave in, not anymore. You should be ashamed Woodside Nail Spa… not everything is more money, at some point you should consider the many reviews you have on this page critiquing your customer service and do something about it.
