Staff was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions. Jess, the installer, was also very helpful. We love our new fireplace. The only bummer is thay it isn't cold enough to enjoy it.

We just replaced a 10 year old pellet stove insert with a Chaska 34 gas insert. The whole experience was great..from Miranda in sales to Rod Smith for installation. We couldn't believe that the stove was installed in a day! We highly recommend WOODSTOVE AND SUN! Our whole experience was top notch!
