Clean inside. Greeted promptly and effectively and directed to the right place the first time..I love seemless purchasing. No uosells, no hidden add ins, just a good business model.

There is no other “Fireplace” store in the area. And they are first rate.
All of their staff are quite knowledgeable. Don’t underestimate the “counter help”’s knowledge.
Most of the inventory in the store is a collection of hard-to-find stuff for the home with wood stoves and fireplaces.
Friendly folks who are glad to share their knowledge. Not everything about the money.
