From the first call with Kaitlyn, to the tutorial from Mark and great suggestions, to the work preformed by Caleb and Mark, they were exceptionally courteous, informative, and got the work done in one day. Thank you Woody's Pools Cathy
My dealings with Woody's Pools took place in two two phases:
PLAN A: I called about my malfunctioning pool-sweep pump on a Friday and was told that someone would come to my house the following Tuesday. I was also asked to send a video of the pump, which I did that day. When no one showed up on Tuesday, I called and found out that no one was scheduled to come that day or any other day. I also learned that no one had viewed my video for four days.
PLAN B: After Mark Wood viewed the video on Tuesday (following my call, I believe), he stated that I needed a new pump but that the pump would first have to be acquired. He said a new pump could be acquired and installed that same week, probably on Thursday. I agreed and approved a Work Order for a new pump costing $850, including parts and labor. Colby came on Thursday and installed a new Polaris pump, which works well. He was pleasant and professional in all respects.
Bottom line: I wasn't happy with Plan A and the way it was handled, but I'm very happy with Plan B and the new pump (so far). Four stars represents my overall satisfaction level after a bumpy start.
