My name is Max Rafferty and I’ve worked on printing presses for 46 years and it’s taken its toll on my body. Over the years Ive had a lot of surgeries that were from wear and tear in this business. I had never had a therapist come to work ever until I started at Northwest Offset Printing. Melinda Tangredi was a Godsend. She helped me with a problem shoulder after 2 previous surges for a torn labrum. I also injured my ankle at work when I rolled it. She helped me with that also. My knee has been bone on bone for 8-10 years and she did what she could for that. I just had a quad Laminectomy last June and she prepared me for before and afterwards. Whether helping me find the correct shoes, insoles, braces that could help with my back and knee she has been great! Now that I’m retired from printing I miss seeing her every Tuesday. She’s the best!!! Work Right is great.
