One my second visit; Brian at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful. He made sure he provided me with answers to all my concerns.
He went above and beyond and I appreciate his time.
However, on the first visit... I was very disappointed that I did not want to return.
The job coach assigned to me, who will remain nameless, was not someone I hope to ever meet again with. I'm not impressed with her efforts. I had a 17 year long career, making bank and her suggestion was to take anything I can get, even if that meant sorting apples so that I am not on unemployment. 17 YEAR LONG CAREER...
Our dialog did offer some additional resources and she did provide me with the necessary referral to a workforce development professional that I needed.
However. I hope I can navigate myself through these processes to avoid contact with someone that feels a 17 year long career is worth tossing to the side to pick apples.
