Great gym. Love this place

This is one of my favorite places to work out. If you are looking for a real gym with no fluff, this is the place. Great old school equipment with an owner who knows all the tricks of the trade.

If you like to lift weights this is the place for you. If you want an owner who truly loves fitness, this is the place for you. Great for those who are serious lifters. No aerobic classes, no fu fu juice bars...just a good home town gym.
