Just looked the Corporate office up on line and it says its OPEN and closes at 5:00pm so I called # listed. Recording saying they were 'closed for the next few weeks' but if you wanted the Operator, press 0. I did this and got taken back to the original message! I did this three times, same outcome. If you are closed then change your website to reflect that. Don't record a vm saying if you want the operator to press 0 when it is going to take you back to the original message. Not good customer service. Also, not knowing when this recording was done - it is unclear when the 'few weeks' started and will end. Very unprofessional!

Cost Plus was quick to accept my online order but when a problem occurred NO ONE is working. I've sent four emails with no response and been on hold with customer service three times. Each time I remained on hold for 46 through 52 minutes and the call was never picked up. I understand the problems during the pandemic but no response for over a week is ridiculous. And if customer service is closed then they should just say so but then they'd have to stop taking orders. We know that won't happen.

I had an unbelievable experience at the lakewood CA store. What great deals I found. The service was superb. The employees were nice and I was greeted by the staff. I asked my cashier, Mari, if there were more world globes as the one I wanted to buy had some damage. Unfortunately it was the last one in that color (pink) but she asked if I would like for her manager to come by and offer a discount. I was so impressed by how well I was taken care of. The service is amazing. Way better compared to Home Goods by far!!! Please note your staff at tjat store are so warm and kind. Encourages me to come back more.
