For the first time in decades, I’m getting a wound to heal on its own with the help of these wonderful professionals. Even in these trying times they are doing all they can to help. Excelsior.

For the infusion center, while everyone is very kind, they are extremely slow. My 3 hour appointment has now extended into 4 hours. They are also only open week days! I am not sure when they think I work, but I am taking every hour I am here unpaid. Please add in a protocol for 90 min infusions or fix the issue with the pharmacy being so slow. I feel if this way my company you wouldn't want to work with me, so why would I want to work with you?
