The people in there do not want to honor the discount card they created years ago. If you spend 300 dollars over time you get a 10.00 off alert. You can usually check to see if you are near that amount so you can atleast try to split your purchases up a bit to use your discount. Now they are trying to say there is no way to track it so they do not know how close you are. SMH. Tell me how am I gonna know from previous purchases if I have gained the discount if they can no longer track it? Not shopping there no more!! O feel a little cheated!

The wigs are $500 for human hair that feels synthetic and they are final sale. They also have wigs all over the store that aren’t for sale, which is confusing. But the kicker is you aren’t allowed to try any wig on. Who is going to spend $500 on a wig they can’t try on? The sales associate was in a decent mood but didn’t really want to help. I asked for a specific color and she said “it’s kinda hard to find.” Instead of going back there to look.
