TRASH! Because of language barrier, the staff assumed I was waiting for Ashley (owner). Although they had my booked appt at 11 am should've known my name is also Ashley. This error caused for me to be in the lobby for 30mins waiting for nothing. Once they attempted me, the work was awful, took over 45mins on a Brazilian wax and they charge Butt/crack separately. Tried giving it me for free for that error of having me wait. But I denied it because of how terrible the service was. The lady asked me gripping my own skin to assisted her pull back my skin since she didn't know how to wax properly. Leaving my hands dirty and at the end she left me full with oil on my Brazilian area. Through the process she would blow on the wax before applying it on my skin, which is unsanitary. Her gloves were so sticky from the wax it would grip onto my skin and hurt. She was touch equipment and touch me so unsanitary. Instead of using tweezers. She would pull the hair with her fingers. I left the room with so many hairs unwaxed, I've gotten many Brazilians in my life, this is the worst experience I've had. It was a HOT MESS, I doubt she is certified to be a technician.

Lena and Kelly were extremely accommodating and friendly (I didn’t have a prescheduled appointment and they made sure to accommodate me). Was very happy with the service. Only thing that I felt a little frustrated about was that I was told it would be cheaper than what they charged me at the end.

Wow waxing was literally the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. They definitely don’t know how to use the type of wax they have. I haven’t shaved my hair in over a year and this isn’t my first waxing experience, so I know my hair isn’t thick. She left so much wax in my pubic hair and couldn’t make the wax come off, it was extremely painful, each and every time she kept pulling the strip because no actual wax would come off. It got to the point where she had to get a razor to shave the wax and my hairs off. If I wanted this experience I literally would’ve just waxed my self. The fact that she shaved me and ruined my hair growth cycle is so annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They advertise a full Brazilian but when you get there only wax your bikini and charge extra $10 for doing your bottom, which typically is included in the Brazilian. My intimate area is so raw, and the fact that I have to still go home and shave is un acceptable.
