I called Wright Septic to come give me an estimate to have a line repaired and install two 24" risers in my septic tank. They showed up the same day and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. A few weeks later I scheduled them to come out, and they arrived right on time with a semi truck loaded with all the heavily machinery needed to do the job. They did all the work in 4 hours and were very polite, courteous, and didn't mind me hovering over them while they were working, answering all my questions. When it came time to pay them, the price quoted was the price I paid. They even went the extra mile and used their bobcat to pull up some tumbleweeds I had in my back yard.
They also took the time to show me some incorrect installations I had on my septic tank, and they went ahead and corrected them on the spot to bring it to code. They also showed me some deterioration on my septic tank from it being old since they had it unearthed and the lid off. They weren't pushy or trying to sell me a new system on the spot, they were just making me aware of a situation I had and gave me their opinion on it, which I appreciated immensely.
I will most definitely be using Wright Septic for all my septic system needs in the future, whether it's a pumping or a complete system replacement when the time comes. Great job!
