2 days after purchasing, I went to return one of 2 pair of shoes I'd bought. The cashier practically inspected with a magnifying glass and called manager over because "they may have been worn". Quickly offered an exchange but really gave a hard time for refund. It was obvious that they do this anytime someone wants a refund. I was getting ready to call headquarters because the shoes HAD NOT been worn and did not show ANY wear. I was careful to ask about refund policy before buying because I wasn't 100 percent sure I wanted them.
