Will never go to this store again. They allow people to hang in their store, act as security. My brother and I was racially profiled by someone who didn't work there. This guy assumed we was going to do a snatched and grab, because we was the only black in the store. They allowed him to harass us to the point, we refuse to spend our money in that establishment. We ask for a Manager, no monster on duty. We ask for his card with his name and number, she gives me a card with that store number, but no name. Not until I said I was calling corporate, she offers to put this man out the store, and then offer a discount. I will be calling back today.

My dad needed shoes since the sole detached after a 3 mile hike. I got him trail shoes instead of cheap shoes he had. The store was very clean and very attentive associates. Not my typical shoe store but some catch my eye

Horrible experience with this store. I totally understand shoes need to be new and unused for a return. I only wore these shoes twice. Barely even any use. I got my results from my dr saying I couldn’t wear these types of shoes. I wanted just a simple exchange or even a gift card so I could come back and get the proper pair. The manager on duty didn’t even want to do that for me. She seemed to have no compassion at all that I had a medical condition and just wanted a simple gift card. I will no longer be shopping with The WSS company, it’s not very consumer friendly. Will never shop there again. Will let my family and friends know as well.
