updating my review to share another positive experience with mr. pro roofing: i noticed a minor leak in my roof (seems the original builder didn't do the best job). as expected, mr. pro roofing did not let me down. the technician was fantastic. he identified the problem swiftly and rectified it. he even inspected the rest of the roof for any additional damage or potential issues. his professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor were commendable. i can't recommend this company enough for all your roofing needs in lakewood. in a previous experience, their worker was terrific! we were dealing with a leak in our ceiling and didn't know what to do. we suspected it originated from our roof and decided to call mr. pro roofing. the entire process, from the initial customer service call to the worker visiting the very next day, was excellent. the technician deserves special mention - he was courteous, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and professional! i can't recommend them enough. if i could, i would give them a 10-star rating!

I'm extremely pleased with the roofer service received! The technician inspected our roof and the interior of the attic, then provided a quote. Once we decided to proceed, he set a date and time for the job to start. He showed up even earlier than expected, along with the materials and crew. They tactfully laid tarps over the surrounding areas and got to work, removing the old roof and fitting the new one. After completion, they meticulously cleaned the vicinity of the house, used a magnet to pick up any stray nails near the driveway, and cleared out the gutters. They even replaced our quarter-century-old skylight with a fresh one. Everything looks fantastic. I can't praise this roofer service in Lakewood enough!

A few years back, we had our roof replaced by a highly reliable roofing company. I felt compelled to leave this review due to a recent incident involving a leaky pipe that also caused damage to our roof. The team, led by Erick and Samuel, did an exceptional job fixing the damages to our home at a reasonable cost, and they honored their warranty. They truly stand behind their work and products, even after all these years. The quality of the repairs they carried out was top-notch. They even threw in some necessary repairs that we hadn't been aware of. From now on, for all our roofing needs in Lakewood, we'll only be using their services. We're so thankful for their hard work and dedication.
