I walked in to have my dip acrylic removed, they were able to get me in fast which was great. The staff was very friendly. However, to remove my nails they had me soak my fingers in warm acetone, I haven't had this done in 10+ years it's an archaic practice and unhealthy, my fingers were raw and burned for days after. The equipment was pretty old and the place didn't seem super clean, there was a lot of upselling which is a bit annoying, I would prefer to pick my service and know what I'm paying up front, in the end I was surprised by the price because so many extras had been added to my service and it wasn't very clear that's what was happening. Overall it was fine for what I needed but I wouldn't be a regular at this place.

This is my favorite in Issaquah spot for pedicures (and the girls also enjoy manicures). We can call the night before and always get the appointment we want, and it's packed every time we are there. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer you a free glass of wine. The Massage chairs work well, and the staff definitely knows how to treat you to an elevated service. Always get the Deluxe! It's worth it.
