Got my wife’s car tint here a couple of weeks ago and I was impressed with the care Eric and his staff took with the car! Eric is knowledgeable and friendly.

Took my new car purchased to get a ceramic coating - Eric and his team were professional at first; however, things quickly went downhill. 5 star ratings are earned and Eric followed with unprofessionalism and insults to my car that was just purchased two weeks ago as well as red towel residue left on my now torn decal that was produced by Dodge. He claims Dodge messed it up lol. Showed before pictures that clearly show the decal there in its ENTIRETY but I received nothing but side insults about my previous tint job and other areas that had no relevancy to the decal to just avoid what I’m showing him. I assume Eric will take the time to respond to this, and assuming he shall, I won’t hesitate to also post the snarky comments this detailer made to me. Says Spanish is his first language, but he knows exactly what he was doing disrespecting me, my vehicle, and not taking accountability, or even asking to do anything to fix the issue. He went as far to say I just “learned my vehicle 30 minutes ago at his shop”- very unprofessional and disrespectful people pay hard earned money for a vehicle and his false accusations are just comical. He also said other false claims such that I was on a budget when I clearly said I don’t necessarily have a budget. False claim after false claim. Very smart too he offers a lower price just to not completely do the job correct the first time so as to make you pay more to fix unfinished/damaged work on his end so that his prices get closer to the quotes you see on other detailer sites. (like spirit airlines good deal then it has more fees for your luggage, your seat, etc.) One stage correction and there was a scratch on my just two week ago purchased car and he had me pay 200 extra if I want to remove the clear scratch. Don’t take your business here. Look into the san Dimas location and the now owner even says how Eric used to be on the team and how it took a turn for the worse while he was there.

Took my new 23' Accord to them. Stay away, they won't stand behind their work. My car was damaged during ceramic coating/clear bra ($2,500) install and the damage was kept from me. Window tint guy did awesome work. Spend your $$$ elsewhere, deal with someone reputable that'll stand behind their work and isn't just there to get paid (ghosts you when something goes wrong). This business is the equivalent of owning an exotic and insuring it @ the cheapest insurance company, I take it back, it's more in line w/ being uninsured Lol...
