I never thought I’d be compelled to write a review for Xfinity, but I just needed to commend the staff here for absolutely stellar customer service.
I went in to switch from a prepaid plan to regular service. The process was extremely smooth, and Jordan answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through the setup process. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, which is made even more impressive by the fact that there was an extremely difficult customer ranting and raving at them the entire time I was there.
This customer was a textbook Karen, and listening to her dismissive and belittling remarks made my blood boil. The level of patience and grace these folks showed her was saintly. I’ve never been so impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the manager and the staff. Canonize these people, Comcast. Or at least give them a raise.
