my waxers name was Chelsea and she did amazing! she is the best waxed I’ve ever had. I have had Brazilians done by a few people and she blew them out of the park. she was so fast, and it came out so clean. and it really didn’t hurt! I literally didn’t even break a sweat and usually I’m miserable during a wax. she made sure it was a super clean wax as well and only took about 25 min which is astonishingly fast for a Brazilian. she also had the wax at a perfect temperature. super kind, professional and on time as well. 100% recommend !

Do not go here… my brows looked amazing initially, and they’re naturally very full but unruly so I thought I would try lamination. The process itself was expensive but I was happy. A little two weeks later (present day) I am full on BALDING. I did all the aftercare and I have never had issues before so I know they must have over processed. I attempted to reach out to the business to see if they could do anything or AT LEAST give me a refund. I didn’t get a response for a couple days and then was contacted by the manager saying she was on medical and that if I had an issue I needed to call sooner. I tried to explain that initially I had to problems but now they’re balding at a really fast rate. She reluctantly agreed to look at photos and said she would follow and never did, tried to contact the salon again and no response. I would happily give 0 stars if I could. I had another esthetician take a look and she said it was done wrong and that my brows were WAY over processed. She also said this could result in permanent hair loss. Sounds fun right?? I love my balding brows right in the middle of my face. :)

This place is the best. I started going to xwax roughly two years ago and will never go anywhere else. When I first came in my eyebrows were a disaster after years of bad shaping and overplucking. Kristin is some sort of eyebrow genius. She was amazing throughout the process of me growing out my brows, she always made sure i left feeling confident with how they looked during this process, making small modifications that still allowed my brows to fill out. They look so awesome now. I get compliments all the time. Very professional and friendly staff. Easy billing and scheduling, and they are covid conscious when you do visit. Some staff are in high demand so make sure you remember to book a week or so in advance if you have a preference. A little pricier than some places but not by much, and you truly get what you pay for. I would highly recommend.
