I was looking to sale my place after I couldn’t sale it myself and I just happen to see Ricardo’s contact info on another sign. Sure enough Ricardo made it extremely easy and smooth selling my place and received the amount I was looking for. My husband and I just closed on our first home. Ricardo was very reliable and helpful throughout the whole process, and was patient with all of our 'newbie' questions. If at some point in the future we decide to sell, he will definitely be our first phone call.

We were first time buyers and the thought of buying a house was stressful and frightening to me. CW Real Estate was such a HUGE help in getting us through the process. If we had questions, they had the answers. We showed interest in a home, and they would get us a viewing within a day- sometimes even within a few hours! Ricardo was on it! Not only that, but Ricardo was so friendly, open, and outgoing that it made us feel much more comfortable communicating with CW Real Estate and secure with our options. A million times thank you, for giving us one of the best day of our lives! 🔑 We are about a month in, and everyday we feel so grateful and happy to have this home. The cats love it too!
