I had my first appointment with Biju P. Kunhiraman was about a month ago. The front office and nursing staff were super nice! Dr. Kunhiraman reviewed my records from the past 5 years and spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining and educating me on my condition and ordering an ultrasound scan of my thyroid to better understand my current state. His kind, bedside manner was amazing! I left his office feeling hopeful that my chronic condition would be under control in the near future under his supervision. I would highly recommend Dr. Kunhiraman!

I havnt even seen the doc yet and just based off whom I’ve spoken with on the phone assuming someone from your front desk, so unimpressed. Attitude check big time. Repeating yourself in a rude monotone voice like your annoyed with me isn’t cute. It’s your job to answer these phone calls hunny at least have some class for up coming patients .
