The manager seemed really nice and tough at first which I liked since the place is surrounded by drug addicts and homeless.multiple gunshots nightly screaming homeless all night and day as if that wasn't bad enough the manager plays favorites and harassed me for becoming friends with my neighbor.we discovered that the 1st spot we were in we were paying the power bill for everytime the electric gate opened and closed for every resident and were paying triple what the power we where using even after we switched spots no notification when they water pipes burst on a holiday went 2or 3 days without water and no ability to speak to management.found out after leaving the park there was a mass exodus of residents due to harassment that continued to other rv parks managers in the area for taking people that left.office hrs are inconsistent especially in the winter to save money for services that are only rendered to certain people. All the big draws of this park are actually unavailable unless you pay super high prices to use and then you have to listen to manager complain no one uses and be harrassed.its just one of the worst environments I have ever been in I can't believe I stayed so long.the manager tried to call me out all the time for things I didn't do publicly called me screaming on my voice mail for things I didn't do has a double standard for people she likes and I can go on.but I'm just so glad to not be there anymore.

If only there was another option. Majority of tenants are permanents with broken down trailers and cars Many yards are trashed and filthy. Next time we’ll keep on driving Yakima wasn’t worth the stopover

This RV Park is a dump, the sites are in terrible shape, the surface all crack and uneven and the surrounding neighbors are seasonal or permanent and the overall area is dirty. We stayed one night and could not wait to leave in the morning and will never return.
