This place lacks compassion and concern for patients! My mother recently went in there thinking she might have a kidney infection and the dr just told her she probably pulled something and asked her if she wanted to still do a urine sample and she said yes . This was on a Tuesday they did not get back to her until Saturday to let her know she has a uti and supposedly sent her prescription in. Well she called to see if it was ready and the pharmacy said the doctor hasnt signed off on it!!!!! Now she has to wait till Monday to talk to anyone and it get worse! These doctors just don’t care! The fact that the doctor was not even going to perform a urine test to rule it out is ridiculous!

Very unprofessional bad experience with doctors and staff at the front desk. Decided to not longer be a patient at toppenish farm workers.

recently found out i was 6 months pregnant and they wouldn’t schedule me for an ultrasound or other doctor visit unit a whole month later, when i went in for ob intake they said i wasn’t at risk because everything seemed fine so i wouldn’t need to be seen till later despite me being 6 months and bleeding the first 3 months of my pregnancy and barley finding out i was pregnant. never got a call back for my lab screenings, prescription, and for wic until 5 days later. won’t even send my information to a new clinic (that would get me in as soon as FW sends my information) for another 2 weeks because i’m not considered an “emergency” or “urgent”. i was also being judge by the lady doing the blood work saying my age group (2004) were way too young and shouldn’t even be having kids and we need to find something better to do, one of her examples of something “better” was partying, she then over shared information and her opinions about a younger client that is being seen there, she doesn’t know the situation any of us go through so she shouldn’t even be judging any pregnant woman ever. would give 0 stars if i could this place is so unprofessional.
