Great staff from screener at the front door screening everyone entering by taking temps and enforcing mandatory masks to try to get a handle on the Covid 19 pandemic. The receptionist who took my info and the technician who took the xrays were all very friendly and efficìent. The one thing I would change is cleaning the pen and the keypad sign in pad between patients.
I was at Valley Imaging on Monday, 02/06/23, for an MRI. This was the third time I had been there in the last 3 months, and twice I was admitted by an employee at the front counter (first window) named Cheri. I do not know her personally, but she treated me both times as if we knew each other. She took the stress out of my visit as she was smiling, knowledgeable and very confident in her job, which made me feel reassured in her competence. More than that though, she seemed like a truly nice person who cared about me. That concept is often lost in businesses today. Thank you Cheri for making me feel like I mattered! Shirley C.
This place is a SCAM!! Somehow, these crooked people acquired my vital information, and they apparently had a breach. When you call them about it, they tell you that the person who deals with it is conveniently out of the office. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TO THIS CLINIC, SO THEY ILLEGALY ACQUIRED MY INFORMATION AND THEN ALLIWED IT TO BE STOLEN. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!@
