Update: The company reached out to me and said they would make sure the issue is resolved. Let's hope that this is fixed. I really like their company but can't deal with the mess being left behind.
After having to spend more money to have them back 100ft down a paved driveway, the driver consistently drops garbage all over the ground and never puts our can back. This has been going on for months and nothing has changed even with left notes asking him to please clean up his mess. He always also leaves garbage in the can as well.
