Unprofessional hostile staff. I would never go back and I would not recommend Yakima worker care to anyone. All they do is be defensive instead of fix the problem (Put your customers first and communicate to your customers in a genuine manner). When I went to this location it was my first time but it was a total disappointment. I was on time, I greeted the staff at the reception they ignored. It seems like your staff arent happy to work there. I will never ever go back to that place over my dead body. I initially just gave you one star and didn't provide a reason because I wanted to be nice. If there was a zero star, you would get zero. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Guess what, same day I went to Concentra and I got great service. Concentra staff were very nice and professional they did not wait for me to even greet them, soon as I walked in someone attended to me even though there was a wait time because of course there is a line so I had to wait which is okay but communication is key. Ya dont know how to communicate. Your staff is rude and they don`t know how to communicate with customers, that was a big no no for me. I think Yakima worker care should be closed down honestly.
