I never leave reviews, but today, I have to. I am from out of town, and am in Springdale for work. I received an order of business shirts literally 2 days before the start date for this new project. The shirts arrived all wrong, in almost every way. I might as well had cut a hole in a bed sheet and it would have hung off of me in the same effect. I frantically started Googling tailors in the area that would be willing to help me within a 36 hour window. I called Mr. Yanez and explained my desperation and he without hesitation told me to bring them on immediately and he would see that they would get done. I dropped off 5 shirts, and just told them do as many as possible, but was not expecting them to all be done. Long story short— I dropped the shirts off at 3PM on Tuesday, and they were ALL completed by 9AM the following morning; a day early. I won’t lie, I got nervous about the quality at this point, but the quality and stitching in impeccable. They look and fit amazing, and how, I’ll never know. This place is an absolute miracle worker. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will see that all of my friends and family in NWA start using Yanez Alterations!
