Maybe I got the wrong employee on her bad day, but my first experience here made me upset. My grandmother has a scentsy, and I knew the wax candles without the wick would do the trick. I asked an employee for clarification if they didn't have the wick on it and if they can be used on scentsy or plug in candle warmer, (remember it's my first time in here, not used to things not coming in square containers if you are familiar with scentsy products or even candle warmer products), and the employee I had was so incredibly rude. She didn't know what a scentsy was (and I get it, some people may not), but she then proceed to treat me as if I were stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. My husband even intervened and sarcastically said, "Woooooooow." I shooed her away and said, "It's fine. I'll figure it out." I understand it's the Christmas season, and retail is hard sometimes! However, I also work in retail, and I would NEVER treat someone as if they were stupid. If you truly feel that way, you kindy educate, not talk down on a person. A person may not even know, can't explain things properly, or even a simple misunderstanding.
Needless to say, I didn't like the employee who "helped" me, but my freaking dog LOVES the candles!! I had to put them away and wrap them for Christmas because he would think they were treats and beg and whine! LOL!! They do smell quite amazing!!! 😍
