We LOVE YAPI! It makes patient communication a breeze. We love it for intra-office communication as well. Within a month of starting YAPI services, we had probably 30 patients call and say "Hey! I didn't realize it was time for my cleaning, I need to set that up!" and these were patients that YAPI texted based off information in our system. Our previous system was supposed to be doing that, but clearly by the response we got after implementing YAPI, it proved to be superior. We love that we have gained many google and facebook reviews that are initiated by YAPI texting patients after their appt. There are so many features that we are still learning, but we are amazed every day! WE LOVE YAPI!
