Who I assume is the owner, possibly the manager, has no customer service and was talking to her coworkers like there were no customers in the store. I’ll do the honors of telling everyone that there is a fitting room to try clothes on. I was informed of this after my card was ran at which point I was told there are no returns. Little late. I can’t think of another store in town that won’t return clothes.

If you go frequently you can find some steals. As others have said, prices aren't always realistic (at either location). But the biggest downside of this store, and the reason we don't go to this location often even though we are a block away, is the kid who is always managing the front. Honestly next level obnoxious and pushy. I've also seen some troubling interactions between him and his coworkers. Definitely a big draw back for this location.

I absolutely adore this store it helps that it's only a couple of blocks from my house. Monster of the kids that work at this location have a good customer service some could work on it. I spend more money than I would like to admit a week here. That should speak volumes. Their prices are reasonable plus you know your money is going to Great proceeds locally. It's always clean there's always a sale, and if you have any questions they're always happy to help.
