Boyfriend sent me flowers for our anniversary. He said he ordered purple flowers with a pink vase. What i received was a vase that could arguably be debated as fuscia or purple. The roses are pink, the carnations are a peachy pale pink, and the daisies are such a light lavender that it looks pink with everything else. Looks like a bouquet that you'd send to someone who just had a baby girl (Its still pretty). Bad thing is, the balloon was 1/3 deflated upon arrival and it had only sat on my porch for 15 min before i got home. Claiming seasonal availability (in general) is one thing, but simply not completely inflating a balloon is inexcusable. We could have gone to the dollar store for a fresh, fully inflated balloon for a fraction of the cost. I gave them an extra star for trying to call me to see what they could do to make it better. However, I don't care to contact the company about it as i do appreciate the gesture from my boyfriend, and flowers are still pretty. I just hope the company pays better attention to detail in the future.

Debbie contacted me the day after, recognizing that the vase I recieved was not the correct vase for this arrangement, and offered a reimbursement for a reasonable portion of my order. I was surprised that they called me on what had to have been such a busy day for their business (Mother's day)! They are prompt to address any concerns you have with your order, and just want you to be satisfied with your purchase too!
Ordered mother's day flowers online from here. Did not get the vase advertised with my order, which was a big part of why I picked this particular arrangement; mom loves purple and she could reuse it elsewhere in the house long after the flowers die off. The flower arrangement does look nice and I could tell they were very busy loading orders into their van outside, I was just pretty disappointed in the vase they came in.

I was SO impressed with Yelm Floral & Debi’s help making my amazing bridal bouquet. I live in Minnesota, but was getting married at Mount Rainier National Park, and Debi helped us (exclusively over phone and email!!) create an amazing bouquet that could withstand our adventure wedding! All I had was Pinterest photos but debi NAILED it! It was stuffed into my backpack part of the day, dropped a few times, and everything held together perfectly for the 12 hours we needed it. Truly a lot of thought & skill put into my bouquet! Thank you Yelm Floral for making my wedding day easier!
