While I HAVE had one GREAT experience with Yenni's, I have had a wildly INCONSISTENT experiences since. As an industry professional, I've recommended Yenni's to clients multiple times and have run into the following issues.
1) Will call pickup not ready upon scheduled pickup time. 1hr late. 2) Wrong chair color delivered to venue without enough time to have the correct color delivered. 3) Inconsistent communication with certain sales reps. 4) Wrong table size delivered to client. 5) Tables for an event did not seem to be quality checked, and many delivered were extremely wobbly.
I have nothing terrible to say about Yenni's and I plan to personally use them in the future. Moving forward, I will not be recommending Yenni's to my clients, as any unreliable or low quality service, would fall on me. Moving forward, I will only plan to schedule will call pickup and delivery, and call before I drive over there to ensure my rental is ready for pickup.
