Not happy with a service, teachers have 0 communication. Seems like they are too bothered everytime i drop my baby (young toddler class). I am a first time mom and on a first day we were excited and worried at the same time. My baby cried and didnt sleep on his first day. It is a new environment and everything was new to him and forst experience in daycare for me. When i pick him up both teacher were saying your son cried a lot bothering other kids and then i met director on a hallway. She said he was crying pushing other kids not wanting to sleep, and she asked me do you guys wrestle at home? Maybe she was trying to make a joke but it wasnt funny at all. I felt bad for him crying. But at the same time i just wanted them to say like dont worry first week will be hard but it will be better something like that but they all attacked saying your son your son… Then after attending for 2 days he got covid from daycare. He got sick pretty bad and had to stay home for 2 weeks. When he went back to class they didnt ask anything. I dont know normally daycare teachers dont ask or talk those kind of questions but for me it didnt feel right. Even on a first they didnt ask what his name was. Overall very first daycare bad experience
