if you want to get in shape with someone who actually knows what she is talking about, she is the one . She is fantastic. Great Zen energy, very attentive and always professional and punctual. I am a beginner and the progress I have made has been extraordinary. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Best yoga instructor I’ve ever had! She has the most amazing character that makes you wanna practice Yoga with her everyday. She is a professional observer and takes her time modifying my poses and is so passionate about teaching. Sahar is full of knowledge and has the most nurturing character. I can’t wait for next session!!
