I highly recommend Brant and Yoga Hillsboro if you’re looking for a yoga experience and practice that is about more than just the yoga poses and strength. His focus on mindfulness in everything he teaches adds so much to the yoga experience, without being “woo-woo”, and he always encourages us to find our own “edges” and limits.
In addition, I’ve participated in his Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction workshops which was such a transformative experience. I’ve also found his evening online meditation group meetings very grounding. These began during the pandemic and continue to offer a beautiful respite and refocusing at the end of the day.
