I prefer white heat just a few blocks away. I went to the studio to try a class because my friend recommended it but unfortunately it smelled like cat urine and mildew, the entrance is next to a garbage bin. Not good!

This yoga studio is a blessing in LA. Its energy reminds me of everything I experienced from both India and Bali with yoga. Amazing teachers here, I haven't tried them all yet, as I have been too in love with Carolina's classes... Carolina has a format that incorporates meditation and breath... every one of her classes is magical... Thanks to everyone for creating such a fantastic place to practice. Namaste."

The Tues/Thurs candlelight classes with Kelsi have been a lifesaver for me. I have tried to get into yoga for literally years, and have failed over and over again due class sizes being too big or the vibe in the class being so serious. I have chronically tight hips and have always felt self conscious in classes, until this one!

It is legitimately the only yoga practice I have ever been consistent with. I can almost touch my toes for the first time in my entire life. It's amazing. Kelsi is a gem, this class is lovely, please no one else see this so it can stay a hidden gem 🤣🤣
