I honestly could not be more obsessed with the Restore classes at YogaSix. They have them Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week and it’s honestly changed my life (that’s so dramatic but I’m actually serious lol). Most recently, I went snowboarding on a Sunday and went to the Monday class and it honestly RESTORED me. I can’t express enough how beneficial this class is, especially if you’ve just done something as physically demanding and difficult as snowboarding (I’m still learning so I’m falling a lot). All of the teachers are amazing too, they all have a distinct and individual style which is awesome. Honestly it’s a deep stretching class in a super warm room so your muscles are a lot quicker to relax, I highly recommend you try at least one restore class at YogaSix!
