Just went to a yogasix HOT session led by Alison. It was awesome! The instruction was great, the studio was welcoming and clean, and I left feeling amazing. Alison was really helpful with giving modifications both verbally and hands on to push myself and others throughout the class (you have to opt into the hands on modifications so there were no surprises there!). It was my first class and I signed up through ClassPass. Seriously considering getting a monthly membership here!

I just completed my trial membership (3 classes for $36).
First, I’ll shout out the instructors because the classes were very good and they were extremely kind and welcoming. they were the highlight of my visits and a decent amount of progressions offered
I had some issues originally with the reservation cancelation policy during my trial. But after voicing some concerns owner/management were exceptionally helpful.
Overall very clean gym with great classes. May lack some resources that make drop in yoga a little hard.

I first discovered yoga this summer at YogaSix Palo Alto, and I quickly fell in love with its charm. The 60 minutes spent focusing on my body, mind, and breath became both a refreshing break and a healing time. As a result, I find myself returning YogaSix whenever I can. Every program offered is exellent and I enjoy rotating through them all. The instructors are not only incredibly kind but also highly professional. The Yoga studio is clean and well-temperatured, and the warm smiles from the reception staff always lift my spirits. I highly recommend the yoga experience at YogaSix.
