I've lived out here for just about 10 years and the past 2 years the customer service at check out has been the worst I've experience at any place I've ever been too. I've had Scott tell me he didn't like that I was wearing the type of pants I was wearing, which was so shocking and disgusting to me since they were scrub pants. I activly avoid checking out at his station everytime I'm there and have even left if he was the only one because he has never been nice on any occasion. I have multiple neighbors who have agreed that they do not enjoy checking out at yokes and have been shocked at the actions of Scott during their checkout. Recently in the past 6 months there is this one worker, I never get his name, but he tells me all his personal trauma and business while I'm checking out. I don't understand why he feels the need to tell me about these because I do not care about their life, I am trying to buy salsa and go home. I've had an older gal who I thought "thank God" maybe I'll have a normal experience. No. That did not happen. I bought a bottle of wine and even though I've bought alcohol here for years, she felt the need to tell me I should not drink and how I looked way to young to purchase it and even looked at me and said she might call a manger. She ended up not. Today was my absolute last straw. These girls working the check stands thought bantering and bicker with eachother, then looking at us and saying they just like to have fun at work while not saying a single other word to us was just so disturbing and laughable. This Yokes obviously does not pick quality candidates as their cashiers because I have never once in the past 2 years had a good experience where the cashier minded their own business, asked "how was your day?" Said "Thanks for coming in" and I feel like that shows so much about how the managment has plummeted. They are not managing their employees. I know me not shopping here will change nothing, but I've never had this problem at any other grocery store I've been to in my entire life and that shows volumes in my opinion. This yokes is laughable. The worst grocery store I've ever been too. I hope something changes but I won't hold my breath.
