This place is absolutely garbage, customer service wise. Also the people are horrible. I asked for a refund because the lady didn’t want to give me my dress. (Keep in mind) I already paid before hand and I drove 30min to pick it up. She made a huge deal and till now I still don’t have a dress or my refund. I don’t know how these crooks are still in business. I’m planning on going to court soon. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. The lady doesn’t want to cooperate. My advice is to stay away from this store and look else where. I hope this happens to no one else.

Our group of 9 Chambelanes were referred by me to this place. I regret it! The owner was really nice and answered all my questions on the initial consultation. However, she changed that positive attitude once she had our business. Everyone in our party has complained about the way she has handled the orders and her bad customer service. She has been rude and gives them attitude. The suits were ok, really not worth the price for the rental.

this place is HORRIBLE. Yolanda is AWFUL. I decided to hold off for a while because my mom was trying to be nice and give her time to pay back or even give us the stuff we payed for but she hasn’t. My 15 was in 2015 my dress was NOT what I asked for and she gave it to me 1 day before my 15 and there was nothing I could even do. I sucked it up because my parents were doing everything possible to make sure it was the best day. Two years later my sister was going to turn 15 I told my parents not to go to her anymore since my dress was literally a disaster and not only that but the communication and lack of effort on everything was awful. My parents went back to her and told her that they wanted my sister to have her 15 as well planned by her but they didn’t want what happened last time to happen again. My sister 15 was a mess her dress was to big, she promised a live álbum we never received it we went for 2 years every other Sunday asking to have it and she never would have it or tell us she did then say she didn’t towards the end of us trying she would have some guy cover for her and tell us she went home. She’s just a horrible person who just takes your money but doesn’t give anything in return. I hope that money helped you sleep at night more because honestly your an awful person. Inside and out.
