OMG! WHAT A POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. The cashier, Miss Jessica M. seems like she hates her life or something, very rude to provide the service, when I kindly asked her to add the seasonings (ginger and red pepper) she only added ginger and told me: "something else?" and I replied: “red pepper please” when she added the things to the bag she literally threw them with contempt and asked me again: “something else?” but, every time I asked “something else?” the expressions on her face were totally rude and contemptuous. I will NEVER go back to that place.

Received my order for the 2 large special of beef bowl, I received 2trays full of rice and thin layer of beef on top, Where's the beef? I didn't want just rice. Haven't been there in two years and it dawned on me why after receiving these two trays of rice with very very little beef, your pictures don't fit the real thing, I should of just ordered rice

Every time I come here the cashier Jessica M always has an attitude and she just rolls her eyes while you’re trying to redeem your coupon.
