Food was mediocre (I've had better at other Yoshi locations). I got the beef bowl with white rice. Couldn't get it double chopped like I requested. Orange chicken is no longer on the menu unfortunately. The new Korean chicken (dark meat) was so unpleasant, not tasty at all. And I asked for regular soy sauce but got low sodium soy sauce instead, which has no flavor. The flavor of the matcha boba drink was also mediocre. Starbucks' and Dunkin's matcha flavor is much better.

They gave me the wrong order last night, but the mid shift lady was understanding and quick. Good service

First time at this location on 8/8/20 about 6:30 the cashier was very warm and welcoming received my food cold also look like it had been sitting with rice and vegetables in a bowl tilapia fish barely have grill marks ask for extra sauce wow cook said no and the cashier fixed it told him thank you as well as I it has been two years since I've been in any yoshinoya establishment I did not eat that thank God for Willow and Atlantic in Long Beach location they always cook well and great presentation always I live close to this Pico and San Vicente location do to Cooks attitude very sad will not return
