I've been coming to this dental office for 3 years. The hygienist is friendly, professional, and great at her job! The previous dental office I went to apparently wasn't doing a great job at cleaning my teeth which has led to regretful cavities. Here, the staff care about the quality of their work and it shows. I've recently done some fillings and they made sure I was comfortable throughout.
To be honest I didn't like this dental office in 2022 when it was still Dr Happy Tooth because I was overcharged by $816.30 and I only got the refund because I meticulously went over every single bill and Explanation of Benefits. I then had to call and email a couple of times before I got the refund. 😮💨 Probably so many past patients were overcharged! However ever since the change in management starting from 2023, I didn't experience any overcharging 🥲
