TLDR; Horrible experience!!! Do NOT work with YHIC. ***Review edited after completion of bathroom remodel- We agreed to use Your Home Improvement Company for our bathroom remodel because they promised us a two day install. What was supposed to be 2 days turned into 3+ WEEKS of a non-usable bathroom in a 1 bathroom home. Our installer kept telling us he was overbooked and needed to work on other projects(???). While our project manager at Your Home Improvement Company did respond when I reached out to him, he gave no solid answers and never checked in with me or called /texted me AT ALL for progress updates. Your Home Improvement Company takes 100% of the cost of remodels UP FRONT which seemed like there was no incentive to get our project done on time, and is VERY expensive. They were unprofessional, unreliable and left us without a usable bathroom for 3 weeks. Not to mention our original project manager whom we signed on with left the company before the start of our remodel and we were not notified of who our new contact would be and I had to do my own research to find out who this individual was. While our bathroom turned out nice, I wasn't sure if it would ever be finished. For how expensive this remodel was for a very small bathroom, Bottom line to the next guy is: DO NOT WORK WITH YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY. Horrible experience, awful customer service/communication and atrocious over-scheduling. DO BETTER!
