What's the point of having code enforcement, if they don't answer the phone? The voicemail is also full, so no messages may be left. Very unfortunate for the people in this city.

Absolutely USELESS! Kelly Witt was incredibly heartless and rude. So disrespectful and with a superiority complex. She needs to be retrained. My landlord is in clear violation of multiple codes but I guess she doesn’t like to do her job and encouraged me to just move. I’m appalled by the the way she treated me to be honest and she needs to be retrained or fired.
