We worked with Yumi to secure a loan for our new home and I am so glad we chose to work with her and Vantage Mortgage Group. From the first phone call, when I asked her a series of questions, more or less to determine if the company would be a good fit for our needs, all the way to the final day, she was patient, clear and detailed in her responses, and helpful. She had no issues repeating information, explaining something in a variety of different ways, answering questions two or three times, and educating us on the entire process and our options. This did not feel like a business transaction. It felt like she held our best interest at the center of this entire process. If you are looking for a true mortgage broker, I strongly recommend this company and working with Yumi.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Yumi. Yumi was very helpful, patient, and a great guide as we navigated the purchase of our new home. We were thrilled with the loan package she secured for us. I will be referring Yumi to family and friends who are interested in a residential purchase in the future.
