Food: From the rice table steamer, you get rice + 2 or 3 entrees for approximately $10. Sometimes the food is just warm and i never see steam rising from the edges of the stainless steel steam table leading me to believe theres no steam underneath, so thats why the food is not hot, its just used as a holding container. Theres a wide variety and i like the veggies. I keep coming back but don’t like the lady.
Service: The boss lady is in the wrong business. She should be selling used cars. She has no ethics and seems to get a “high” if she can talk you into buying something. She is relentless. She never stops talking. Tactic: Order what you want and say no to everything she tries to sell you. She will eventually give up. Do not let her sway you, be very firm and never be afraid to say “ NO” to Mrs. scammer. Example: “Hi! Long time no see! Why u never come eat here anymore? You so handsome. Do u have girlfriend? Why not? You handsome boy. Today we have special for you, duck only $18. You want? Me: no, i want rice with 3 items. Her: you so boring. You should live a little, try new foods. Me: no, rice and 3 items, fish, taro root+black fungus, and tofu. Her: ok, but next time you try duck okay? You see, its so stressful eating here. For $10 (they keep changing prices) u get rice +3 and a cup of complimentary hot tea or tap water and the tables are wide, new, and clean.
