I'm not a new Realtor, and have created/directed national ad campaigns for record labels in past professional lives, so I'm not so naive to think that Yurz has done "nothing", as some purport here. I'm sure we could point to something somewhere, but I don't believe it to be significant.
Kudos to their sales staff for all but strong-arming me into a monthly deal, stating that "all you need to do is answer the phone!". Well, that's not happening, at least not from being "found...often...well." My phone rings off the hook from all the other marketing I'm doing, incidentally. All I'm saying is that for what I've spent each month, I've not seen the return on my investment. I have lot of other marketing activities going on that are producing results and clients, and so I've decided to move away from Yurz.
This company might work well for the agent just starting out, to break through the noise floor of the thousands of fair-weather agents out there.. maybe. However, for me, I'm putting my money elsewhere. No hate.. just reality. Had to give it a try.
