Nothing particularly wrong with this store, in fact I typically have a pleasant experience whenever I shop here.
My concern is more-so a problem with the system. It is repulsive that colleges charge their students so much for books. The audacity to charge ridiculous prices for books and gear after taking tens of thousands of dollars from a group they're know financially vulnerable, it's a gross display of corporate greed.

Had an OK experience coming in today. I checked out at around 5:30pm today. The lovely lady helping me today was absolutely so helpful from the moment I walked in, to the moment I swiped my card at checkout. The reason my rating is a 3 star is due the rude lady that intervened in my trasaction since the woman helping me had to take a call since she was the only one working the registers. I’m assuming the lady that intervened was the manager and if I’m right, you need to rethink your zag shop management. My brother is an alum and I was picking up items for him to take back home and I remembered he may get a discount so I was trying to see if I could show he was and MAYBE get the discount. So when this rude lady asked if we were being helped I had told her I was checking with my brother on the discount before I checked out and she told me he has to physically present showing them he is an alum with his card which is fine and understandable. It’s the TONE of how she spoke to me that was not customer sevice oriented. Also, as I was shopping around, I heard how she spoke to the lady assisting me and another worker and she is not a pleasant person. Sorry, I don’t care if they are students or presidents, correct your tone and check your manners. To the lady who assisted me, thank you so so much for the help and you are a joy!
